Boudoir sessions are becoming more and more popular for my studio. I have done many, but much more lately. I have to say I honestly think that every single woman in the world needs to do a boudoir session. I love that so many of my brides are deciding to have a boudoir session. This session becomes an amazing gift, given in an 8 x 8 fine art couture book to their future husband on their wedding day! It’s so fun….I’ve yet to see a disappointed groom! In fact, some of my clients are also giving these gifts as an anniversary gift, birthday present, and even Valentine’s Gift. Personally I think it can also be a gift for yourself, celebrating how beautiful you are with a little day of pampering, hair and makeup and you very own boudoir session. It’s super fun. The ladies often ask, how much is too much, is it cheesy? Is it too wild? Will I look like myself….and to be honest, there are all types of session, from conservative to fully nude. I think my clients love the team of all women that are part of their day, it’s very comfortable and fun, and everyone has loved their photos….it’s a great opportunity for so many reasons!

The session below is pretty amazing! I asked a friend of two (and soon to be 3 previous brides) of she wouldn’t mind modeling a boudoir session for me. You see, although my brides are STUNNING, not everyone is as comfortable as this lady in front of the camera, or showing her images in the internet for that matter. So she agreed to be my model, to show images that I wouldn’t otherwise show, unless of course my client agreed. I hope that this gives you a glimpse of what your session may be like, and decide to celebrate your beauty through having a fabulous boudoir session. She is so amazing….I had a great time….these are some of my favorite images!!! Many sessions take place in a private residence as this one does, a client rented hotel room, or in my Irvine Studio.

Cheers to beautiful women. We all are, in our own ways, in different ways and in similar ways. Boudoir sessions are a lot of fun, especially if you have them done with friends, or in this case with sisters. These two beautiful girls were a lot of fun to photograph, as you can imagine. Their sessions were very amazing, and here is just a few images, cause well, these are for their men, not for you, but I had to brag, not about me, about them, they are amazing! This post has been updated….OMG….how fun was yesterday? All I can say is that this was awesome! This was so much fun! It is always great to do this with friends! These girls have been friends for a long time and it was great! They had no reason at all to be nervous cause let me just you these girls did an incredible shoot! Soo well you wont see them! HA! Guess what I get to do today? YEP! Another Boudoir Session in Orange County for Valentine’s Day. I am so excited! What’s really great about today is that I am photographing 2 friends! What fun! They are so excited and they even said NERVOUS! HA! Nervous? I laugh at that because without a doubt within minutes and my all female staff and team these girls are going to have a great time! The champagne helps too, but being photographed in your underwear requires a certain level of being comfortable! The following photo is of a dear client, I am her client as well! (Need a nail lady in the OC, call me lets talk). She was SOOOOO nervous and self conscious and as you can see, no reason for it. Her shoot turned out AMAZING…A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I would post more, but truly, I believe that boudoir photos as well as maternity are on the private side, something shared between you and honestly whoever YOU decide you wanna see. But every now and then I have to ask clients, HEY! Can I post one….you look amazing! So here she is, my most NERVOUS client! LOL……
