A while ago, about a year to be exact I celebrated with one of my BFF’s Kristy McLean as she lost 100 pounds! Not only did she inspire a totally healthy, almost 20 pound lighter me, but I also had the pleasure of taking her “after” photos. She won $250,000 with Team Beach Body’s Million Dollar Body Game! I was soooo excited for her and still I am so excited to be able to stay healthy myself!
