So the Bride Wore RED!!! Yes she did and she looked fab! I love traditional weddings, don’t get me wrong but there is something to say for the couples that truly see the meaning behind the day and want to have a great time! This couple was one of them and thank to friend photographer Andrew Kitchen, I was second shooting this day in La Jolla California. I know I came all the way from Orange County, but isn’t that what photographers do best!? We like to travel, not to mention La Jolla is such a great little town that I got to power shop about an hour before the wedding. I’m thinking that I need to go back and eat and shop and eat some more. Enjoy this sneak peak of some my favorite photos from yesterday. Thanks to Andy it was another fun Wedding!

I have to tell you I had the greatest time with this couple in Orange Circle last night for their engagement photos. I love the Circle of Orange, and I love Chapman University. I know, many of you know that I received my Master’s Degree from Chapman many years ago but who can resist the beauty of this place. There are very few placed in Orange County to photograph a couple, at least in my opinion. But this location for sure lends a lot to architecture and nostalgia giving portraits that extra flare. I can not wait for this couples wedding next month I just know it is going to be a blast. We really did have a great time. It is always great to photograph a couple before their wedding date. It’s that little extra thing that I like to do to get to know couple that much better. It makes their photos more meaningful for me cause we start a friendship, may learn some inside jokes, and details like…well not like it happened in this case, but you learn if someone is afraid of heights or not…all that good stuff to give me just the perfect insight to how they are going to react on their wedding day! I am so excited! I finally was able to get my workshop website up and ready for everyone! I have 2 dates on the calendar for my next workshops. What is even more exciting is that I will be offering an amazing introductory price to attend each of these 1 day, all day intensive and fun workshops.
