Real love is fate, not chance. There is no doubt that many of my couples have met through the elements of the digital era, Darren and Sean are no exception. This story will lead you to realize that fate is in fact, real. Singles requesting to be online friends with one another, is nothing new. Finding a commonality through mutuality brings new friends, and at times new love. Sean, requesting Darren’s “friendship” via Facebook, was truly fate.
You see, although their interests are arguably the same, so was, at one time, their place of occupation. Sean had applied for a job in a national corporation, with offices across the country. As he sat nervous, awaiting an interview, a fine dressed gentlemen crossed his path, and it was his “accepted friend request”: Darren. Although Sean Knew that Darren worked for the same company he was floored to see Darren in the same building where he was about to be interviewed. You see in fate there is always truth. In my way of making sense of many chance encounters, I have to believe that no matter our circumstances, some of us are meant to be. The truth here is fate was going to make sure their love story was about to begin.
Although from the east coast, I feel as though I’ve known these gentlemen forever. When I say I have the best couples, I mean it and for our first wedding of 2014, I can not be anymore thrilled. These two, are the most genuine men I have met. The most genuine love I could witness and I can only hope that our working friendship becomes more. My investment goes far beyond their images. This ONLY happens when I believe in YOU. YOU is NOT a description of a solo person, but rather a couple who devotes their life to each other. I see it with many. I feel it with many, and I believe in many. I believe in Sean and Darren. I know their love is real and I was so incredibly honored to be the one to tell their story. Thank you Natalie Good from A Good Affair for the introduction to these two amazing people. Thank you Darren and Sean for being a part of my life…. because you are now part of my memories, you are what stories are made of. You are truth, you are fate, and you are love. Nothing happens by chance.
